To comply with the social distancing recommendations and to provide the safest environment possible for our patients, staff and physicians, we have made some changes to the check-in process at our offices.
We’ll wear our facemasks… we need you to wear yours!
- In order to limit your wait time in our lobby we are asking ALL patients to complete their registration electronically prior to your appointment.
- You will receive a text message the morning of your appointment with a phone number to call when you arrive at the office.
- When you arrive please call the number to let the front desk staff know you have arrived. Please remain in your car until you receive a text message that we are ready for you to enter the office.
- For everyone's safety we are limiting who can accompany you to your appointment.
- ADULT PATIENTS- We ask that only the patient comes into the office for the appointment.
(Unless patient needs assistance; one caretaker only.) - PEDIATRIC PATIENTS- We ask that only ONE parent or guardian accompany the child for the appointment.
- ADULT PATIENTS- We ask that only the patient comes into the office for the appointment.
- We are asking everyone entering the office to wear a mask.
- A temperature check will be done on each individual upon entry to the office. If you or an individual accompanying you has a temperature of 100.4 or greater, you may be asked to reschedule.
- We will be screening for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors when you enter our office. We may ask that you to reschedule your appointment if necessary.
