The health of our patients and staff are a top priority for us during this unprecedented time. We have changed and may continue to change our protocols in the coming days/weeks as it relates to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

We are currently scheduling patients under the following protocol:

**If you have a fever, cough or sore throat, have experienced a loss of taste and/or smell, have traveled outside the United States in the last 21 days, or if you have had contact with anyone who has these symptoms, has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus or has recently traveled, please call us to determine if your appointment can be rescheduled as a Telehealth appointment.**

If any of the above symptoms develop between now and your scheduled appointment, please contact our office to reschedule your appointment.

We do not test nor treat patients at our facilities for the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please contact the Ohio Department of Health Hotline at 1-833-427-5634.

If you arrive at your appointment with any of the symptoms mentioned above, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel it is necessary.
