You will be prompted for your payment information after clicking the bill pay button on the right. You will need the following information:

• Legal name of the PATIENT
• Date of birth of the PATIENT
• Account number (located on statement) ADDED TO COMMENT SECTION

PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying on multiple patients, you will now need to make a separate payment for each patient
