Dr. Powell graduated with his B.A. from the University of Virginia. He then earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia. Next, he completed his residency at The Ohio State University, Department of Otolaryngology. He then did his fellowship training in Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of South Florida.

Dr. Powell is a board-certified ENT (otolaryngologist) treating ear, nose, and throat conditions in infants, children, and adults. He is also board-certified in Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery and performs procedures on children and adults. He has been practicing for over 20 years and highly values his relationships with his patients and their families.

Dr. Powell spends his free time working out and spending time with his family.
